Michelle Molin, Founder of Organic Communications, is an award-winning writer, marketing strategist and brand strategist. She started Organic with the intention of bringing visionaries back into their own visions and creating communications strategies that built relationships based on a foundation of authenticity, mutual benefit and respect, rather than trying to buy them with savvy media placements, repetitive messaging or “can’t refuse” offers. Michelle has 16+ years experience in advertising and interactive marking and has contributed to the creation and growth of some of the world’s largest brands including Avon, IBM, Tampax, Seiko and Pulsar, as well as some of its smallest.
David Shao has been designing business solutions with digital technologies for more than 15 years. Starting his career in New York City, he has extensive experience designing and developing interactive multimedia, internet and mobile projects. His work is mainly focused on delivering creative business-driven, customer-centric, branded interface solutions. Notable clients include American Express, British Airways, CBS, Estee Lauder, GE, Hilton, IBM, Intel, Merck, Novartis, Pfizer, Seiko, and SONY.
With more than 16 years of experience in the managed care industry, specializing in provider relations, contracts, and claims, Dave brings extensive relationship management and business expertise to Organic. His life and career experience up until this point has developed in him a finely honed skill for issue resolution. He has a gift for spotting opportunities, identifying solutions, and making things better. With a deeply rooted foundation in Managed Care, Dave will continue his work improving relationships and communications within that industry, only now he will be doing it from the outside in, instead of the inside out. Plus, now that he has joined the ranks at Organic, other industries will be afforded the opportunity to benefit from his considerable skill set as well.
